Below are the terms and conditions that apply for the purchase of your tickets with Grupo Senda. In your printed ticket you can find more information about the type of services and restrictions or in the policy section on our website.

For purchases made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), it is necessary to go to the ticket office before the date and time of the trip by presenting your confirmation number, credit card with which you made the payment and an identification to obtain your tickets.
If you are not the owner of the card, you must present a photocopy of it.
For purchases made with credit cards through Pago Móvil Banorte or PayPal, an electronic ticket will be displayed on the screen, which must be printed to board the bus directly. This impression must be clear and legible to be able to address, as well as present an official identification.

Reservations are not valid to travel. To obtain your ticket, it is necessary to pay the total amount at the ticket office or point of sale of Grupo Senda, at least 6 hours before leaving the bus, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.

The changes apply only for the date and time of your tickets, in no case can change origin, destination or passenger.

Students.- Applies the 50% discount only in the holiday season stipulated by the Official Gazette of the Federation to institutions incorporated to the SEP. Subject to availability of 8 seats per bus.
It is an indispensable requirement to present an original valid credential with a photograph and stamps of the SEP, without erasures or amendments.

Teacher.- Applies the 25% discount subject to availability of up to 2 seats per bus.
It is a prerequisite to present an original valid credential with a photo that proves it.

Senectud/PCD.- 50% discount applies Seniors must present their valid INAPAM ID at the time of boarding so that the discount is valid. PCD submit the documentation proving your condition.
It is essential to present the "INAPAM" credential.

In case of not presenting the credential with the aforementioned requirements that prove the discount, it will be necessary to pay the difference of the fare of the ticket.
