Select where and when you want to travel

Go to our websites on: GrupoSenda.com, TransportesDelNorte.com.mx or Turimex.com. On the buying panel select where are you going to travel. You also can indicate if it's going to be a single or round trip. Then press 'Find trip' button to see the available schedule.

1 Select your time to travel

Choose the time you want to travel from the options available. You can see the travel duration, estimated time of arrival and stopovers of each trip, besides the ticket price.

If you chose round trip, you will also see the options for your return trip. Press 'Continue' to see the available seats on the bus.

2 Choose your seat

Aisle or window? front or back? Choose the seat you most like and set the name of the passenger and the ticket type. Remember that on student and senior tickets you must show a valid ID when boarding the bus.

You can buy up to 5 seats. If you chose round trip you will also see the options for your return trip. Press 'Continue' to see your trip details and payment options.

3 Confirm your trip and pay

Verify the information of your travel, indicate the email address (a) where you want to receive the purchase confirmation, and if you want indicate a mobile number (b) to get the confirmation code as a SMS.

Select a payment method (c). You can pay with your Visa or MasterCard credit card, or using PayPal to pay with a credit or debit card or using your account credit.

If you are paying with a credit card, you must fill the card information and continue with the payment. Once the payment has been processed it will display your confirmation, and also you will receive it on your email. All of your credit card information is send encrypted, always safe.

If you are paying with PayPal you will be redirected to paypal.com website, where you must indicate the information of your card or login with your account details. Once you made your payment you will be redirected back to our website to show the purchase confirmation. It's very important to wait until this page is loaded and you see the confirmation to get you electronic bus tickets sent to your email. Never close the PayPal window wile is processing your payment.

4 Board the bus

If you paid with credit card you must go to the box office with your purchase confirmation to get a ticket print before you board the bus.

If you paid with PayPal, you must print your ticket at home and show it to the driver in order to board the bus, without going to the box office. Once you print your ticket keep it on a safe place; you can't get a printed ticket at the box office.
