• a) Confirmation code. It is necessary that you present yourself at the box office before boarding. You will receive an email with the confirmation number and you must go to the ticket office with an ID to get your ticket before boarding.
• b) Mobile ticket Your boarding is direct, you do not need to go to the box office. You will receive an email to download your ticket that you must present in print or on the screen of your phone along with an identification when boarding the bus. The ticket can not be printed at the ticket office.
